Dynamic dropdown filters

There are now dynamic drop-down filters: you can set that only those filters are displayed for which there is data. If you only want to have certain data displayed and you select this using a drop-down filter, only the associated data will be displayed in the other filter drop-downs as well, so, all other options will be grayed out. This setting can be made in the backend under "Chart settings".
